I have extensive experience assisting clients with a range of complex conditions, including, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), trauma care, pain management, anxiety-based conditions such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) / Social Phobias / Panic Attacks / Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) etc., depressive conditions such as Major Depression (MD) / Clinical Depression / Bipolar Disorder etc., and personality disorders such as Psychopathy / Narcissism / Borderline Personality Disorder etc.

Building an effective therapeutic relationship is paramount. I strive to create a connection based on trust, empathy, and collaboration. To ensure I am providing the highest quality care, I regularly attend training to stay informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and scientific research. My commitment extends to treating my clients in a holistic way, acknowledging their interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Together, we can explore your path to well-being and create lasting positive change. All sessions are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other psychological therapies depending on the nature of your therapeutic need.
